    I purchased this shield from ZAGG. I live in Hawaii…unfortunately buying from ZAGG was a huge mistake. My order date 5/24/24…the supposed delivery date 6/24/24. If I bought something like this from China I would get it shipped faster than ZAGG has. I would not buy these kinds of products from ZAGG.     I bought a $60 screen protector for a brand new iphone and it broken within a WEEK of purchasing it. When I reached out for my "free" replacement, they told me I'd have to pay $10 for shipping. I've sent 5 lb packages for $10 before, there is no way they can't send it in a padded envelope for near next to nothing cost. Not to mention the product does not cost $60 to make so you would think free shipping would be an option. Customer service could care less and was incredibly unhelpful. I'll make sure no one I know purchases from these people. I bought a three pack of screen protectors off of Amazon for $7. It has been on my phone for over a month now with no issues.     I purchased XTR2 glass.for $59.99 + tax, for iPhone 13 pro max., now shield is coming out from the phone (Phone is always kept in case). It is not even an year of purchase.     I bought a brand new phone and the invisible shield screen protector at my local phone carrier's store. I had issues with the protector shortly after my purchase. Zagg promised a lifetime warranty. I'd been in contact with them for months trying to get a proper replacement. They sent me some really flimsy plastic. Nothing like I originally purchased. First, they told me that they were out of stock. Then after months of terrible customer service and communication, they told me that they no longer carried the product for my phone because it wasn't popular. Now, I'm out 40+ bucks and no screen protector. They refused to give me a refund since I didn't buy it directly from them, but an AUTHORIZED carrier.     I wanted to send Zagg constructive product feedback on their website, but there's nowhere to do it. If anyone from Zagg is reading this: your screen protectors are a great product, but it's too easy to get confused when installing them and put them on upside down. The reason is that the white tab that you peel off first is at the bottom end of the screen. Psychologically, it looks like this end should be aligned with the top of the phone, but it's backwards from what you expect. TWICE I have put a Zagg screen cover on with the notched end at the wrong end because of this. And once it's on, there's no way to fix it without breaking the screen protector.     I bought a screen protector supposed to be glass, within the second that it was on it started to peel, and I am not rough with phones. It is garbage 0/10 I would not recommend. I also bought 2 cases at 50$ I figured it would be as good as otter box. Nope I accidently dropped it not even 3 feet and the case is cracked, the quality of the plastic sucks it's as brittle as a light bulb, anytime it gets bumped or accidently bumped it cracks, there are scratches in the protector and the screen protector was 60$ I'm so disappointed in all of the products from this company.     It is not a "Free Repalcement". And it does not ship in 1-3 business days. I ordered this replacement on April 2,2024 and it is April 24,2024 and I still have not received it. Shame on Verizon for pormoting this company and its product then "washing their hands of it when there is a problem.     The screen protector goes on like garbage. Looks like garbage and the final product is horrible. The bubbles that don't come out, and overall product is horrible.     So I got sucked in; I want to protect my £1050 IPhone 13 Pro and it appeared that Zagg has a European distribution channel. It doesn't. Instead they expect you to wait three weeks with no tracking for the most expensive screen protector on the market. Which hasn't arrived almost two weeks later. I don't care if it washes my dishes and home schools my kids; this kind of service is absolutely useless. Avoid. Then avoid some more. Update 5th May 2022 - the screen saver has cracked in two places with no known impact. Customer services is proving near impossible to contact. And you have to pay a lot to get a warranty replacement. This purchase is haunting me...     Don't waste your time on this screen protector. It's poor quality and peels away. On top of that, they expect you to pay for shipping to send it back to get your money back when they know their screen protectors suck. I would understand paying shipping if I straight up just didn't like it, but it's not worth a fraction of what they charge or the shipping. The cloth that came with it left more lint/dust after cleaning it a few times. The screen protector itself now has dents all in it from something simply rubbing against it.     Powerstation products outside the US must be returned at the customers cost and you also pay the shipping on the replacement unit. This is crazy especially given the unit I purchased failed after only 3 months. Will cost me 50% to replace! I have registered complaint - will update if they take any positive action.     Would be less than 1 if I could. Cases break within 2 weeks. I am on my 4th case now. The last one worked for 2 weeks then fell apart. Yes they protect the phone so well but the look of the case just gets so ugly when the outer protector breaks and falls apart. The customer services is even worse as you have to pay 7.99€ for a replacement even though the case falls so short. Never ever buy. A complete scam and a waste of money. Horrible company who don't look after their customers and just take your money. The customer service offer you a €10 Credit and 30% off your next buy but can't even help you when the case falls apart after 2 weeks. It's a joke, never ever ever buy there products.     Zagg key boards JUNK,, The keys quit working and after just less than six months of owning Zagg the hinge went bad (would not turn to open or close) this is not the first key board I have owned from this company. I Continue to buy their product and good faith thinking it was just a fluke getting bad hinges with the keyboard but this is my last keyboard with them. So today received my warranty keyboard (I had to pay shipping to receive it) Company charges you to ship out warranty replacement. This one has the same problem broken hinge.     Okay I have been on hold for a long time 30+ minutes. The replacement screen I need has been registered although when you click the link it says that "error". I am calling to get the replacement - unable to access the website with the password set. So here I sit.
