    I wouldn't even give a 1 star! I ordered shoes today from online for my daughter. After I used Affirm to pay, there was a webpage that came up and said "page not found" I got an email that affirm took my money but no confirmation order number that my purchase actually went through. I called customer service and she said she couldn't find my order and I need to call back in 24 hours if I don't receive a confirmation number. This is crap - other companies give confirmation numbers right away. I also signed up to be a member and got charged for shipping and received no points. I want the shoes I thought I ordered …. I am pretty annoyed and won't be recommending this company in the future —— no I'm likely going to have to fight with affirm to get my money back!     So i tried to make a purchase yesterday and they canceled my purchase maybe because of the format and i didnt want to create an account. Anyways today i created an account but it wont let me purchase because "1 purchase per customer" but the purchase was cancelled so it still no abuse there.     They have messed up my order more than once! I ordered 2 pair of ASICS online 2 days after order I'm notified that one pair is not available. On the 6th day I inquire about my one remaining pair. I'm emailed back and told the whole order is canceled and my money should be released in 5 to 7 business days! I will never shop at this pathetic business again.     I bought pants from them. I didn't use the pants for over 6 months. One day, I went to wear my pants. I put my keys into my pockets and heard my keys hit the floor. The pants had gigantic holes in the pockets. Went to store and "there is nothing we can do". Called corporate, "we defer to the store". They are selling pants with no pockets made in China. What's alarming is that they won't even give a gift card. Terrible product. Terrible service. Check before you buy. Hilarious Tip for consumers:I spend thousands on shoes and apparel yearly. First incident with them but hilarious nonetheless. What’s most annoying is the lack of any discussion to make this right. Just hiding behind a policy that is obviously wrong.     Champs actually charges $6.99 to return an online order. This is crazy. How is this even acceptable? Now that I know this, I'll never shop at Champs again.     Champs is a pathetic excuse for a shoe store. They don't enter you point whenever you order shoes from them. They don't honor the points you had when it was Eastbay shoe company, and you bought numerous pair of shoes. Then when you call and speak to customer service, you get connected to someone from the Middle East who doesn't care anything about what your saying. They just keep saying they can't honor your points even though they see you ordered shoes in the past. Very rude customer service. Telemarketing gangsters on the phone, and cowards in the real world. Do not spend your hard earned American dollars with this company. They say anything to keep you from being able to use your points for a discount on a new purchase. When you finally receive your shoes the boxes will be crushed and damaged. You literally have to steam your shoes to straighten them back out. Just a crappy company all the way around.     I was looking for a specific pair of sneakers (nike air barrage) and found one of the color variants here. I purchased another pair from Jimmy Jazz a week prior and dealt with headaches which include zero customer service and answers to my questions (besides a automated/carbon cop response). They were also vague about shipping times though I paid for 2 day delivery I say that to compare because here on Champs site they were very clear on details like when to expect the package, and what kind of delays are possible. Well even with explaining all that Jimmy Jazz took 10 days where Champs got the delivery to me in 4. Zero issues and loving my purchase Date of experience: June 18, 2020
    Ordered a product online waited 3 days just for them to email me and say that the product is no longer available. I call customer service to try to resolve the issue and had to wait over 45 minutes, to make the issue worse I had to hear an automated voice tell me over and over " For future convenience order online ".     I wish I would have come across these reviews before purchasing from here. Terrible customer service and no communication at all via email even though more than one email has been sent. The hold time is absurd and after holding for quite some time, I was simply disconnected. One way or another, I intend to get my $250 back from these crooks and asap. Don't buy here.     I ordered my shoes on April 19,2020 and they still haven't shipped! I've been emailing and trying to call but their phone line won't ring! Worst company ever!     Bought Jordans and waited 2 weeks for them to ship. They shipped to the wrong address and told me through live chat that there's nothing they can do. Then they ended the chat with no resolution. Please believe me when I say this a brick & mortar business that is just digging its own grave even deeper. I will be staying on GOAT and StockX.     Got an email today(5/2/2020) stating that champs has to"track down" my jordan dub zeros after i already purchased the shoe and my size from their website.     Forget ever getting a hold of anyone. Can't rate the customer service because they don't really have one. I tried to cancel a backpack that I order because found a better one. Called their number several times they have an automated recording to make you think someone will take your call but it never happens.     My son's shoes showed in 2 days. GREAT... they were supposed to be standard delivery and take about 5 days... really great!. No complaint here except it's free shipping over $75. $116 was our order and it showed up with POSTAGE DUE! Customer service was less then helpful. Shoes are good quality though.     I bought my son Jordan's for Christmas on their website and they were never delivered even though they claimed it was. I was home all day. I assumed they delivered to wrong apartment. They did "an investigation" I received an email after weeks stating I would get a refund in 2-4 days only to receive a denial email today. So I'm out $203 and he's out his present.     I am more then upset with the way I was treated on the phone in regards to a return. I was informed although my purchase was bought during the holidays that I would be unable to return them due to a time lapse of 45 days. The Resolution Specialist, as she claimed to be was very rude and unhelpful. I felt more then anger at this person and was very shocked at her responses. This person's name allegedly was Jessica and her Operator Number is 4825. I Can't believe how unwilling they were to keep a customer happy. I paid good money for shoes that my girlfriend can now not wear. I will never buy another item from this business ever again, never not again. Tip for consumers:If you are looking for great deals on shoes avoid Champs. Order from the company sites, they might be a tad bit more (rarely) but you'll be able to get your money back if they do not fit. Avoid Champs and their "Customer Service" as they call it.     Champ Sports never fails to disappoint. Almost every time I order shoes, there is a problem. My last order with them was cancelled about 5 days after placing the order, plus an additional 5 days to actually get the refund. Also lost my promo code that I used for the purchase.     I went to four shoe stores before I found Katt at your Pearl Ridge location on Oahu. What a relief to find someone who wasn't b-bopping to loud in store music. She approached myself and three teenagers and asked how she could help. Her empathy for my situation surpassed anything I have been through. Sure enough she found us EXACTLY what we were looking for.
