    This place is a huge scam, they only have two customer service so that says something about the company. Also they charge you more them the stuff is. I tried to reason with them but nope. I was willing to just give the stuff back and refund me, but they want me to pay 300 shipping and handle for three Jeans lol JOKE JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO original sites!     I ordered a 3X t-shirt which normal 3x t-shirts are a little loose on me 3x t-shirt I got from Dr Jays fit like a 1X, I had to return the shirt using my own money to get a refund they don't allow exchanges. I really liked the shirt so I ordered a size up which was a 4X. The 4X fit exactly the way the 3x did I think it was the same size! I didn't read any of the reviews before purchasing from Dr Jays. I wish I had have. Anytime you have to pay for return shipping, just know that it's a red flag.     I order psd underwear ina size l and they sent me a m.I also orders a blackzip up hoodie when it same it wasn't a zip up it was also to small I ordered a pair of jeans they sent me something else then I ordered.everything was too small.My package did arrive I'm in California the shipping wasent that much.     Package never came and then they offered to resend it only if I accept liability for shipping why would I do that if my package never arrived to begin with that's just asking to have my money taken for nothing then refused to give me a refund so basically have stolen my money because I neither got my merchandise or my money back!     I've been ordering from Dr jays since 2018. I read the reviews online all the time. And all I can say is for me, I've never had a problem with Dr jays except once, they sent me a pair of jeans that I didn't order I got in contact with the customer service I was told to took a picture of jeans and I did so And they did an investigation and it was confirmed that I was sent the wrong pair of jeans, they told to keep the jeans and they sent out the correct pair out priority shipping. Since then I haven't had any issues always get my packages. And clothes are legit.
    Ordered multiple items from them never recieved them. They had a shady investigation that took 14 days and provided me no further info on what happened. They claimed the carrier said it was delivered and that was a lie. After the 14 days it took 10 more for them to say they would be shipping the product out since they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Still haven't received a refund or products going have to get the fraud department at my bank on it. Customer service reps suck too. It's not worth the small discounts just buy somewhere else. Tip for consumers:Don't buy from them you will regret it. They might even get your 1st order right but 2 in a row is almost impossible with them now.     Ordered 2 shirts of the same size. What I received were 2 shirts marked the same, but one was bigger. Both of them were way too small. One of the shirts was dirty when received. They do not include a return label in the package. Customer service will not reply to emails.
    I was able to get assistance through Dr. Jay's chatbot. I worked with Preston who was very helpful with my order. I had accidentally checked out online without including a promotional code. Preston was understanding and quickly refunded me the amount to cover the promotional code. Great customer service. I highly recommend shopping with Dr. Jays.
    I'm highly disappointed with dr jays. I ordered over $500 dollars and I didn't know that ups doesn't deliver to P. O. Box and dr jays didn't inform me of this. I had the auto update notification sent to my phone well I got a text staying my package was delivered so I go to get it to find out it's not there. I immediately contacted ups to be informed they did a address correct and it was the wrong address and they then said I needed to contact dr jays to file a claim in order for them to pay for their mistakes because the people denied receive a package. A few days later I get a email stating that my claim was denied and closed because it was delivered to the correct address. Dr jays then told me nothing can be done and I've lost my package and money and they got the exact location where it was sent to. To seek law enforcement help so I call ups to see what is going on ups stated they paid dr jays for my claim because it was a mistake on their end! But when I email them they tell my case is closed and they can't help me to email services I have sent several emails with no response.     I ordered a pair of black distressed shorts but what was sent to me looks like someone rolled around in powder or paint and tried to wipe it off. They told me it's intended to look like the actual picture I took when I know anyone with eyes will look at these shorts and be like what's going on THEY'RE DIRTY. And they would not send me another pair because, and again I quote, they were intended to look like that and I just find that hard to believe because the actual picture that I took is not appealing to ANY CONSUMER.
    I ordered several items but when it came to big sizes for my husband I ordered a 5xl an received 3xl on his shirts they covered the 3xl with a 5xl an you could see it.     I've been shopping at Dr. Jays since I was a teen in NY I recently moved to Virginia and since we have no Dr. Jays here I order online... the shipping for my order is almost 15 dollars I think that's insane
    I placed a order on 5/24 and on 5/27 I seen that It was still in review status. I contacted Dr. Jays via chat because of the pandemic they don't have anyone that you can talk to over the phone. I was told the billing address that I use was incorrect and that it just had to be updated but my card was already charged $270 so I was a little confused. I was a short after leaving the chat that everything would be taken care of. 5/28 my order remains is review, I contact Chad again and I let them know that if this does not get updated by the end of the day that I will cancel the order. Then I receive an email 20 minutes later saying that they had cancel my order due to a back up payment. I feel the chat agent was upset because I did not let her finish and she canceled my order. I find it really strange that my card was charged already but you're saying you can't update the order because of the billing address. This is my second and last time trying to order from Dr. Jays they are overpriced and they always seem to find an issue with your card. I've been using this card all week ordering stuff to keep me busy in the house this is the only website that I have gotten any issue with. I was suggest not ordering with them I would also suggest that if you are going to order with them please make sure that you put in the correct billing As they will not inform you we will not be processed you will just have to wait around and see Tip for consumers:best to just go to store Service Value Shipping Quality
    I ordered items and i noticed the shipping address was wrong. I sent an email requesting to change it like 10min after placing the order. They replied that they couldn't do anything about it.

    I will never order from dr jays again! After I ordered they apparently found out they were sold out of one of my items. Well they already charged me a large amount for everything I ordered and then they charged me a second time minus the amount for the one idem they didn't have. I been calling for days because I was charged twice and all they say is the fist amount will be credited back in 5 days so now I have all this money out of my account for 5 days that I already planned on using other places! Why not just credit back the amount for the idem they didn't have and not charge me twice? Scumbag business do not buy there!
    I ordered from them my order has been on a pallet waiting to ship as of 12/16. However I paid for 2-3 day priority mail. But no one knows when it will $#*! or wtf happened to it. Never again.
    Honestly they are no help at all. They are so pricey. Their tie dye bandeau is 25.00 plus tax PLUS shipping. Their policies are so ridiculously. It takes 2 week process for an actual refund they Do not provide return labels. Shipping fees are not refundable. They make sure they tell you your responsible for your own shipping fee. They tell you to pick what ever shipper And recommend for you to pay for insurance cause they are not responsible for lost items lmaoo they kind of harsh, no type of customer courtesy. No type of help. And because of covid I get a shifty rep on a chat. Money money money. Im unsubscribing dr. jays. They are wack. And how u sell a tie dye shirt and not the pants included or not selling the pants at all. Material is great but not worth the hassle. Oh and even if I was to return for a smaller size which the shirt was big... i would have to pay to return the shirt and pay again to get it shipped back. Suxking my wallet for a dumb ugly shirt.
    I recently ordered off of DrJays website, I paid for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping). It's been about 5 days already and my package has not moved once. I emailed DrJays customer support, it's been 2 days and I never got a reply. I would love a refund from the shIpping (USPS Priority Mail).
    So I ordered a pair of jeans and had them shipped to my place of employment. Turns out the post office tried delivering on a Saturday in which the business was closed. NO re-delivery attempt was made and the jeans were sent back. After 2 weeks of waiting for DrJays to receive the return so i can get my money back, i then receive an email stating they were deducting the money from my return amount. I have all the screen shots from the post office showing a re-delivery was never made but instead was given a reason that the address was wrong. When i called Dr Jays to confirm the address, it was the same address they had in their system and was told in other words it's not their problem and and full reimbursement wasn't going to happen! Never again will i order from here! I will stick to Jimmy Jazz and refer all my friends to shop there as well.

    Ordered item Dec 15, Up to now item awaiting, i understand its xmas time but i paid the 2 to 3 days shipping, then NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TALK, chat room not even started chat room closed WTF! I emailed them no response its already 4 days now to reply. CAN YOU GUYS JUST TELL US WHATS GOING ON OUR ITEM OR YOU GUYS JUST GET THE MONEY!
