Place is falling apart guest washer and dryer don't work the guest ice machine don't work housekeeping workers have bad attitudes the young lady washing the linens that worked there was so very nice and helpful I can't understand why she was working there cause that place did not deserve her. She stopped everything to help me when NO OTHER worker would. She went Over and Beyond just to make sure I was happy I'm telling you who ever hired her needs to give her a raise because she is the only reason I would come back and that's a FACT! Her name is (Treasure) and she worked in the linen department. I had to cancel as my son tested positive for COVID 5 days before we were to stay at the hotel for college orientation. I was told by the secondary website staff that the decision to waive the cancellation fee, in this case one night or 207.00, was the hotel manager's. He was never around and when i finally did speak with him he did not care. His name is John and the hotel is the Holiday Inn Express by Binghamton University in NYS. I am also writing a letter to the CEO of Holiday Inn Express to let him know his hotel's policy about COVID. His name is Samuel Kim.
