    Ive had these two styles of hanes underwear for 4-10 years. What i recieved after ordering is absolute garbage. The seams are trash and the fabric is getting holes my old underwear took 4y to get in 3 washes. The stitching around the legs is horrible and the elastic chafes and rashes meaning i spent $30 for some shop rags. The waistband is cheaper as well and is already worn out with minimal use.     Hanes used to be good quality. They have gone downhill for a while now. Socks are garbage. Sizes are way to small than they say. I have size 8 shoe and I have to buy big and tall size.     Your website plays pricing games and you know this. It changed the pricing 3 times. Also it was extremely difficult to get the 15% off. Also it was free shipping on orders over $50 and then that offer magically disappeared and so the shipping cost money too. No. One star only. Terrible website. Playing pricing games. Not nice.     I purchased Men's underwear and lounge/sleep wear pants and shirt and the sizes are not even close. The elastic is pathetic. I have never had as many issues with an order as I had with this Hanes order ******8620. After spending $83.09 I will never purchase any of their clothing ever again!     I buy 2 packs of winter socks each year from Hanes. One's that wik the sweat from your feet. Usually they are good quality, not this year! They are so thin that you get one wear before your big toe comes though. Yes I did clip my toe nail, it's not the problem. Other pairs of socks don't rip even last years Hanes. They are using cheap materials to save money for their stockholders instead of looking after their customers. I won't buy your cheap merchandise at your rip off prices.     Used Hanes for twenty years, but things have changed. Eco Smart sweatshirts equal trash and may as well be called disposable, since they pill and are embarassing to wear after literally only one wash. Sizes are not consistent; I know this because I kept giving these sweatshirts a chance and purchased more and was privy to see the inconsistency of sizes. After many repeat purchases of the eco smart sweatshirts, I have thoroughly concluded the ecosmart sweatshirts are truly disposable trash after one wash. Soft- not after one wash because they are bumpy and rough with so many pills. If you can afford to wear disposable sweatshirts which you must trash after one wash, then this is your company.     On November 3 of 2021 I went to Walmart in Mulberry and bought a 10 pack of Hanes boxer briefs underwear extra-large. After just a few hours of wearing the underwear I had huge blisters all over the area the underwear touched. They burnt the skin, it blistered and even in some places I was bleeding.     My Father is 75 and has worn Hanes Tagless Briefs forever. Other family members also have worn Hanes tagless underwear for years. My Father recently opened a package of 5 tagless briefs and it was the most disgusting thing we have ever seen. There was some sort of slime in the bag and all 5 pairs were stained all over which actually resembles vomit and other bloody fluid stains. We almost vomited ourselves looking at it. See photos attached. This has never happened to any of us in our lifetime. I called customer service but because the product was purchased over 90 days ago they were unwilling to even listen to me. I still have the packaging but they were uninterested in making good on this. We are very disappointed. Who would think cotton underwear would have a 90 day warranty when it was still brand new in the package. I have packages of socks and underwear from the early 90s that were never opened and they are fine. The guy on the customer service line tried to blame us for the situation being that my Father had the underwear in his draw. He's had the same underwear draw literally for 50 years and nothing like this has ever occurred before. As I said Hanes was not interested in making this right, looking at any of my photos and or taking any information from the packaging. We've given them so much business over the years but no more.     Hanes Comfortsoft Hipsters are the worst underwear I've ever had. They say No Ride Up, yet there's no elastic in the leg bands. The waist band isn't very stretchy at all. Hanes.com doesn't have a spot in Customer Service to register a complaint. The quality of their products has been going downhill for many years now. I won't buy them anymore.     I had ordered some underwear from Hanes online. After receiving them, Hanes asked for my review and comments. It was stated that they were "soft cotton". Really? I think more like cheap polyester because they were scratchy and the thinnest material I have ever seen. I don't think they will last through more than 3 washings. When I said this in my review Hanes sent me an email stating that my review was unacceptable under their standards and would not post it. So I would assume only GOOD reviews are posted, So future buyers are led to believe all those GOOD reviews are sincere and spend their hard-earned dollars on garbage.If you value how you spend your money on undergarments... shop at Jockey.     I have been wearing Hanes tube socks under work boots forever. Lately I got a package that had 2-3 inches difference in length, and were paper thin. I expressed my concerns to the company on their web site, I got zero response for over a month. I will have to find a brand who actually cares about the customers, they don't.     The clothing I purchased from Hanes.com came jammed in manila envelopes, permanently creased and wrinkled. I followed their requirements to return them for refund. It's been 6 weeks and numerous calls to customer service to insure that a credit has been issued. Have yet to talk to anyone; instead I have spent between 25 and 54 minutes on hold with each call!     Twelve plus days waiting on a shipment, and no clear date as to when it will get delivered. Website pics are very poor quality. You have to sign in or call Customer Service if you want any updates on the status of your order. They ship cheaply using DHL who btw never knows where your package is.     Before posting I wanted to verify that Hanes.com is as dreadful as I experienced. It appears so. I have yet to receive a product ordered 3 weeks ago. There's no way to check the status, so I emailed customer service. Here's their response, "We respond to email messages in the order they are received and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible." So I my hope is fading quickly.     I feel pretty confident of ordering many things on line. I know what size I am as long as the sizing is the same as most other brands. Two of the three items I ordered from Hanes were too small - so I posted the following review. Not true to size I hate it when i have to pay shipping to return something because the size is wrong -especially when the sizing is skimpy. I will think twice before ordering from this line again I received an email back saying that my product review had been moderated and would not be accepted because it did not meet their guidelines.     The don't honor their product prices. Wal-Mart had the same package of boxers but with more pairs in it. Call to see if they prices match there product with others stores that have it cheaper, the rude lady Angela I called said No!     I am surprised at the negative reviews. I ordered from them twice during the past month and had good experiences. Everything was on sale and shipping was free both times due to daily specials. I haven't used them before this and plan to use them again. I like the products and prices. My shipments all arrived timely.     Hanes has really sold out on the quality of their Beefy Ts. I washed them and they shrunk at least a full size and the lint trap was filled with fibers. Poor quality all around for a once great quality product. When I wrote this same review on their site they said it did not meet their qualifications and would not publish it.     Poor Customer Service! Not a company interested in individual purchasers. Giant corporation that is only interested in selling. You never know if what you buy is in stock and they don't want to hear about your issues due to their inability to fulfill your order!
