    A few years ago I had two pairs of Naturaliser sandals, same sandals but different colours. I received many compliments when I wore them and found them to be perfect for summer. I loved them so much I decided to uy backups for when m original pairs had passed their use by date. This summer I finally decided to discard the original pairs and use the new pairs. I am so disappointed with BOTH of the new pairs. They started to disintegrate from the very first wear. The leather like surface of the inside soles is peeling away. I now can only wear them around the house. This is after THREE wears. I contacted Naturaliser and supplied photos. They were completely disinterested and unwilling to help me because I did not have proof of purchase. I explained I had put them away for future use so of course did not have receipts.     I ordered a pair of shoes… waited 6 weeks and received 3 emails telling me to be patient and wait for shipment. When it arrived this is what I recieved. I have no words. This Company is not in the USA… I paid Chinese currency and this parcel came from China. These people have no Conscience. Why would they send this crazy worthless ring which I immediately threw out… disgusting! Shame on this people… I have no idea how they can get away with this.     Naturalizer Canada sneakily labels all their shoes as either artificial or leather. The fact is most of their shoes that look like leather are NOT! These are made of PU. E.g. Their flat shoes (SOUL KENTLEY LOAFER), then they charge C$8 for shipping and for returns ANOTHER C$8 is removed from your purchase price before refunds are credited to your account!     Ordered shoes and received in time for wedding. No problem. Received shoes should have gotten wide. No problem. Re-ordered same shoe in right size- of course they took my money. Returning the first pair? Seems Impossible! Re-directed to Happy Returns, requested email to start process never received ANY link, order number provided page just rolls and rolls...customer service number busy for 3 hours. Its been a whole day and haven't been to speak to anyone by phone and the Happy Returns process must be a scam. Still don't know how I will get my money back for the first pair. HIGH WAY ROBBERY! I ordered the Naturalizer Karina pumps size 9.5 wide for work on the 17th of April and to my SURPRISE AND DISMAY I received a Franco Sarto bright orange slippers today Sunday the 24th of April!     This company used to be one of my favorite stores to purchase quality, comfortable boots and shoes. The last 5 pairs of boots I have purchased have been anything but quality. They do not even look and/or feel like leather? They claim they are, however they feel like hard plastic? Super uncomfortable and poor craftmanship. Their Blondo product line used to be so impressive, now they are just Chinese fake leather products. Very sad, I will find a new shoe store, after this many failed products I will never purchase from this company again. Tip for consumers:I would NOT purchase from this company. Their sizes are off and what they advertise as leather, feels like cheap plastic and even looks like plastic in person. The photos on their website are truly deceiving. Their boots run LARGE - every one of them that I purchased.
    I saw a lot of bad reviews here after purchasing 5 pairs of shoes from this company and was worried. I feel compelled to write a review here because I had a great experience. All shoes shipped individually on the same date and were received in a timely fashion. I usually have a hard time finding cute, comfortable shoes because of my wide feet, but I absolutely love every single pair of shoes I got. Value Shipping Quality
    This online Naturalizer experience was the last time I'll buy shoes online! Though I opened the box a few months after I ordered the shoes, so too late to complain to Naturalizes, the shores looked horrible! The shoes, which cost me over $65, looked like they were crewed by a rodent! I want to purchase shoes IN PERSON, after this event! Tip for consumers:Buy your shoes, and possibly clothes, in person!     Wow - where to begin with this organization? Ordered boots. Never got a confirmation - did get an order number though and for 3 weeks when tracking the order, a message saying "processing" was displayed. Impatient of waiting, wrote to them - and 2 days later got a response that the audit review team had cancelled the order - whatever this team is about. No explanation. No cancellation email. When pressed, got a reply that it was likely due to incorrect address, insufficient funds, etc. All rubbish - I have a 6 digit limit on my card, with a negligible balance on the card and my address hasn't changed in 10 years. Instead of resolving the problem they asked me to write to call customer service. Talk about a screwed up siloed company. Instead of resolving the issue, they passed the buck. At the end of the day, they "processed" the order, then cancelled it, without ever informing me! And then when asked, fluffed it off for me to contact customer service. So buyer beware. Absolutely pathetic service.
    I have several pairs of naturaliser shoes. All size 6/6.5 us. I bought 2 x pairs boots online size 7us ( to allow for socks). Could barely get my feet in them. No way I could wear them. Naturaliser refused to pay for return or refund despite this being a manufacturing issue. How do they expect people to purchase online if the sizing is not going to be true to the size you usually order. I will never buy from them again.     I didn't even get a full time of one day's wear. The sole is such flimsy material it doesn't handle hot pavement without crumbling under foot. Had to use sole from another pair of shoes to make them wearable again. Tip for consumers:Be ware of supposed name brand items.     As Tsawwassen Mills store was closing I came across one of the most amazing store employees EVER! After lining up to get into the store some customers were rude and demanding, others stock piled shoes and left boxes and wrappers in a mess around them. Powen - the store manager - handled every single customer with patience and respect. She's kind, caring and extremely professional - this is one person Naturalizer should try and hold on to.     I have had the worse experience with my first order at Naturalizer Canada and will NEVER order product from this company again. The shoes are not sized accordingly and when I had to return the pair I ordered the run around for getting my money back was insane. The lady I spoke with upon first inquiry to where my refund was was condescending and lacked professionalism and a kind way. I was left with no choice but to take my complaint to BBB and Paypal as the person I encountered could only laugh at me and hang up after I asked to speak with a manager.     This is a situation where I give 2 stars for their online shopping experience, not because they're shady or anything but because of their outdated policies. First of all, they offer free shipping after a pretty high amount (when I checked it was $200). The ONLY situation this is reasonable is if you live close to a Naturalizer store, where you can make returns without having to ship things back to them because YOU are responsible for shipping things back to them. They do not offer a flat rate label like many stores at a reasonable price of $6.95 for the whole package. I'm assuming they're too cheap to negotiate a contract with a courier. If you order under $200, you pay shipping starting at $6.50 for the first item and $2.00 more each item. To me this is crazy shipping! If you order 5 things, your shipping is $14.50... seriously? And imagine having to ship things back... no thanks. Their sizing is also kind of questionable which makes their policies the harder to swallow. I'm a 5 in most brands, but with them 5 is too large, 4.5 is still too large and 4 is too small. There's no way I'm going to order 3 sizes for each shoe model (because each model is inconsistent) - pay shipping and possible return shipping. Sure there are coupons once in a while, that may help to offset shipping but if your size is available elsewhere - shop there instead or if you live close to one, by all means. Aside, my order was shipped promptly and if you review something, you get a $10 coupon off the next order so that might be great if you have the right conditions but for me, the shipping policies are horrible and I don't want to lose out on more money than the shoes would be worth just to find a pair that fits.
    Don't consider buying anything from Naturalizer.ca website no matter how much a deal they are offering (40% off complete order) I placed 2 orders the week of April 20,2020 because the items were what I wanted and were available thus my orders were processed. Guess what both orders were billed to AMEX and then both order were cancelled by Naturalizer. I'll never shop with Naturalizer again. FALSE deals being offered to suck you in!
    As someone who worked for the company for a long time, I know that their biggest mistake was when they started sourcing the stock of the online stores out of the individual retail stores alongside the warehouse. Staff in store were expected to find and process often a ton of orders. No extra hours, raise in pay, additional staffing added, training, additional technology etc were provided after this change. Meaning staff were expected often within half an hour during store opening to process sometimes up to 20 orders along with the many tasks associated with opening the store, while working alone. Processing each order meant finding it, printing out its label, printing out the tracking sheet, printing out a separate label, checking the shoe, putting it in a bag and taping it up, then making sure all the right labels were on it. It was often impossible to complete before store open so the odd time a shoe would be sold in store before it could be packed up, or the wrong shoe sent if staff were getting overwhelmed with in store customers and other tasks deemed necessary by management. Or, what happened most frequently, inventory would be off and the stores would not actually have the requested shoe. Overall this was a very poor decision on their part for customer service, and could be very frustrating for staff as well. They should've kept it in the warehouses or at least hired staff to do stock tasks only to avoid all the mistakes this process caused.
    Knew what I was buying because I owned a pair before but bought from another store full price, was a little Leary buying from Natualizer because of ALL the bad reviews I got two pairs for the price of one. I am happy with my purchase. AND it came within the 7 days. In fact (3) days. Sad that you guys had a bad experience. Service Value Shipping
    I have been a dedicated Naturalizer customer for over 10 years (buying boots, dress shoes, purses, gifts for all the women in my family every year) but no more! Unbelievable. I will never ever buy another item from this company again. My story: I ordered 2 purses, and 2 pairs of boots ($716.76). Two purses arrived, as well as the boots that were a Christmas present. However, the Blondo Heido winter leather boots that I ordered for myself never arrived. That was November, this is February, still no boots. I just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with a customer service rep. No answers. I just really want the boots, or my money back. It is a -15 Canadian winter week and no boots = one unhappy camper. Never again! Evidently, someone from the internal investigation team is going to call me in a few days, no name, no title, just someone. I am not happy. I will tell every woman I know to not shop with this company unless they can afford (or are willing) to gamble $300 for boots that they will never get! Good-bye forever Naturalizer.     I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I agree. I wore a pair of shoes around the house a couple of times to see how comfortable they were and decided against them.
