I put the wrong address down for delivery and it went to another country. John informed me so i gave him my current address and he sent them again.
Very good of him to do this in view it was my own fault.

I am a retired chemistry teacher lving in Devon near Dartmoor and going there now!
Date of experience: April 13, 2021Bought a full set of cartridges on 18th November.
They supplied the wrong cartridges!
Black Cartridge correct, colour cartridges wrong.
Contacted them.
Still waiting on resolution of wrongly supplied items!
Its now 9th December.
No reply from them regarding refund, return or supply of correct cartridges.
Can't give 0 stars so 1 will have to do.
PATHETIC COMPANY, AVOID!

I need my printer every day and so this was of tremendous importance to me.

The phone was answered quickly and he explained about the known issue, reassuring me that the order would be processed correctly - which it was. Excellent service.
Date of experience: October 26, 2020I contacted Printerinks because a cartridge was faulty and, as this was the only one available to replace the empty one, a replacement was urgently needed. I was received very promptly on telephoning and the problem dealt with most courteously. The replacement cartridge was delivered with the rest of the new order the following day. It was good to be treated so well by a real person who was keen to sort out the problem.

Date of experience: May 12, 2021I contacted printerinks.com to replace a faulty ink cartridge. They provided me with some instructions to fix the faulty ink cartridges. I followed these instructions, but the cartridges were still giving problems. I then contacted printerinks.com for a replacement and they sent me replacement ink cartridges by first class post promptly. I would highly recommend printerinks.com
Date of experience: May 14, 2021I had an issue with one of the cartidges not loading into my printer. Printerinks were great, didn't have too much of an issue with my request, just a few questions. I didn't have to send the cartridge back, so no cost in postage, and they just sent out a replacement. Now that's what I call hasstle free Thank you

I contacted Stefan who sent me a few suggestions as to what might resolve my problem - none of which worked. I re-contacted Stefan who immediately sent me a replacement cartridge. Problem solved.

Price has always been very good and lower than our normal suppliers. Had a recent issue with one of the cartridges and one call to Stefan and all was sorted without any problem. A good company that I would recommend.
