I have been a loyal customers for decades, and recently the quality is not there. The elastics in the panties are fraying. I bought a pair of panties, washed them before I wore them, and they unraveled before I ever wore them. I just bought 3 sports bras last weekend, and they sag on the sides, making it look like I have side/back fat. I am not happy with my recent purchases at all unfortunately. I have gone back 3 times in the past year, spending hundreds of dollars, and it is the same issues. The no show panties are great, because they don't have an elastic around the top. The other aspect is size of person is not constant over time and what seems like a great idea when you are young becomes old as you age and can be seen as a waste of money. I've been to both and have been completely irritated at the trashy attitudes and treatment I and others had received from both locations. I also found that their sizes are labeled 2 sizes higher than what they actually are. So say you wear a 34 B in bras, you buy one from this overpriced establishment, get home and put it on just to find that it does not fit properly. It's too small and you can just reach the first set of hooks. It just seems a bit ridiculous to me how rude it seems everyone who works at these two shops are and how the company doesn't properly label or size their products. Especially given the insane prices.
