    Bought a pair of shoes that was clearly irregular when I received the shipment. Returned them and stuck paying for incoming and out going shipping cost. Owe $10.95 for shoes I don't have. Thank God I had open their credit card so the return went back to the credit card and I am not stuck with a "store" credit to use on another purchase. I am now cutting up their credit card and will NEVER order from this company again. First and last time.
    Zulily had recently made some changes to their site and now my items are systematically being marked as shipped without an email notification or ship date- No one seems to have an answer there. Changes have also been mage to their platform and some great services are no longer being offered. I have been a Zulily shopper for over 10 years and once I get this resolved I will delete their app!     If one exercises patience, you will find some incredible deals on Zulily. I buy all my linens from here and have been able to redo all the linens in 3 bedrooms for less than $300. That includes the comforter/quilt sets, sheets, pillows, mattress toppers, blankets and curtains. I even have back-up comforter/quilt sets for each room too so I can swap out while cleaning. A necessity with indoor pets that love to share your bed. The key is patience. I never buy the first time I see something I want unless it's a one day only sale item because it will usually be cheaper in another sale later on. You also must be prepared to wait to actually get the item because they rarely ship out quickly and when they finally do ship, it's at least another week to get it. I have found that it usually takes 4-6 weeks to receive anything from them which seems unreal in the age of 2-day delivery. It would be a great site if they shipped as soon as the sale ended instead of waiting several weeks. So if you need something by a certain date it would not be wise to shop from here.
    Zulily shipping is horrible. You never know when your package will arrive. I waited at least 2 weeks before my tracking was available. When I order something I expect to receive within a week or 2. Never happens. I have started ordering from different on line stores that guarantee a delivery dates.     I've been a customer for many years and with the new site it's been horrible. Customer service hasn't refunded me for an order paid in full. Store credits are not available from the site. The codes provided are not working. Unable to change Country currency to CAD from USD (default) I'm done with Zulily. Yesterday Customer service assistance had me on hold throughout breaks of 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes and refund and store credit haven't been resolved. Do not shop here! Tip for consumers:The new website is not user friendly, unable to view past orders history. Store credit is no longer available, need to wait for Zulily email with codes which don't work.     I've been shopping on Zulily for more than 12 years but I'm now done. The quality over the years and their customer service has waned. I understand they were sold and are under new management but if you make your products look amazing on your website then expect the customer to be happy with poor quality while paying a typically hefty price tag PLUS shipping then requiring another shipping cost to return it, in the age of Amazon, how do you expect returning customers?!     I love most everything I buy. I am still learning how to compensate for the size adjustments. I wish you could get a little more acquainted with U.S. sizes. That would help a lot!
    If you stay with name brands you will do okay. I wouldn't buy any unknown name any more because I am always disappointed. I don't bother to send it back because their return policy makes you pay 8.95 and you don't have a chance to send it back by your own postage. So I make sure to buy name brands I know are of good quality.
    Zulily was my go-to place to shop. I was on it numerous times a day. I bought so much on there. Kids clothes, my clothes, shoes, house stuff, quirky stuff, my collection of Ragon House santas, Christmas stuff, outdoor stuff, kitchen stuff, rugs, bedding, makeup, anything and everything. The prices were great. I could scroll thru there and just find things to buy. It was great for ideas. It was my favorite shopping place.Never had any issues with anything. Returns were easy.     I think zulily has good products. It was a big improvement when they started returns. However, over the past year their prices have gone up considerably. I used to buy a lot of tops, used to be under $20. Now they have gone up, some over $30. Christmas used to be a very good deal. Now those prices have gone up a lot. I dont buy as much anymore.     Bought a leather jacket. Arrived wadded up in a plastic bag and it was polyurethane and smelly. Returned it two months ago for store credit which doesn't appear in my account and customer service keeps telling me they've emailed me with the credit code, and there is no code in my email. Do not buy from them. Used to be a great bargain place for deals but this year it went so far downhill that I'm done. I'm sure I'll never get my credit after about seven emails from them telling me they already sent it. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I have been pleased with my Zulily experiences. The quality of some of the items is not great but I would say it is inline with the price. I probably keep 80% of the items ordered. Sometimes the sizing has been a bit off. As with any online purchase that is a risk that you take. The return process is easy, although I would prefer a refund rather than store credit, especially if using their credit card.
    They are really good with the delivery part. They are getting more expensive lately though. Can buy a lot of the same items on Amazon for less.
    Just last week I was on the Zulily app. And put stuff in my basket in case I might come back to it, well boxes started arriving at my front door from Zulilly, then more boxes, I went into a panic and called them, she informed me you have 3 Computers about to be shipped out. I immediately looked on the site and saw there were 3 expensive computers another pair of Brooks shoes about to ship out on my account, how could this happen? It has happened to me before, years ago where the Computer ordered me 3 Recliners, it hadn't happened in a few years so I figured Zulily got the " glitch" out of their Computers...obviously not, at the worst case scenario if I passed out and hit a button and I would have had to hit a second button to approve the order so this is not the fault of the Customer, they won't fix their problem at their end, how could I order 3 Computers, 2 pair of Brooks tennis shoes, 1 pair being male, there is no men in the house and 3 fur headbands. Now I'm terrified of putting anything into my Cart again knowing this will happen. I am upset Zulilly will not fix this problem. Do not leave stuff in your Cart, it's a hazard!
    I complained to Zulilly about the Hoodie I did not order. I returned it with a Postage paid package where I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Zulilly returned the money to my Debit account minus the restocking fee. It was better than nothing. If your buying from Zulilly buy Brand names or research the Company before hitting the payment button.     I love this site and the variety of items it offers. My only negative about the site is returns. I would much rather have a refund in the method I paid than a store credit. We must be loyal shoppers if we are willing to pay shipping and return shipping fees, when there are so many other sites out there offering FREE shipping AND FREE RETURN shipping. We don't want to make a return but when the item doesn't fit... I have learned not to buy clothes or shoes from Zulily as these are items I need to try on before I buy.
    Love Zulilly. Just heed their warnings about lead times. Sometime it can take up to a couple of weeks from placing your order to receiving. Well worth it if you have the time to spare. Also noticed sizes can run a little smaller than typical sizing. Great prices different items. Love Zulily
    Mostly I shop Zulily for clothes and find it's a great way to find good values on both essentials and a couple of brands that I normally pass by due to the regular retail price. Shipping has been prompt and ordering process is simple. I've never tried to return anything and have only had one true "dud' of a purchase. Pretty good batting average for Zulily. How to improve? A larger selection of natural fiber clothing pieces would be a treat.
    I really liked Zulily a few years back but the past year or so not as impressed. Items are only discussed by $10 or less it seems, which you make up for in shipping charge. I have been finding the same items online with other vendors either cheaper or same price as Zulilly. Also quality has really gone down hill as well on the products. Your customer service however I'd give five stars!
    The shipping is my single, yet biggest complaint takes so long that I forgot what I even ordered!
    Zulily wrongfully sent a $7.49 item ro a collection agency - No one ever contacted me - ever. That is my point. I paid it yesterday when I was FINALLY alerted to it - by the collection agency. NO ONE FROM ZULILY EVER EVER CONTACTED ME EVER ABOUT THIS MEASLY $7.49. MY IMPECCABLE CREDIT - YES IMPECCABLE - now has this debt collection on it. Apparently my debit card expired and the second payment for the $15 item didn't go through. They tell me they tried 11 times! And not once did I receive an email, phone call, letter - NOTHING.
    While Zulily is a great and fun place to shop, they really need to disclose where their items come from... like China! While most if the items are a true fine, the shipping and return policy can get expensive. There can be a long wait for items but is usually worth it. Sizing for clothes are all over the place, same for shoes. Customer service is great. Overall, it is a fun and interesting place to shop.
    You have to read the fine print to know that not all there products are eligible for return and if you do have one, you pay to ship plus a restocking fee. I ordered a product and it fit great. When I ordered the same product in the same size again, the product was too small. Poor quality control. Also found out the product is not eligible for return. Do not recommend buying from this site.
    I ordered four baby items at ones as a present for newborn. They sent them separately with 7-10 days apart: 0! Who would ever do that? Present is ruined! I will never deal with them again! If I could of put zero, I would.
