    My family stayed over a week here. We were amazed how affordable the rates were for such a nice place. Service Value Quality
    We checked in to our room and it was not very clean.There were stains on the sheets that looked like fingernail polish, The walls were dirty and we found a bar of soap with hair on it in the shower,! Would have left, but we were so tired from our trip that we stayed!Worst hotel room we've had in a really long time!
    I went to check into a not so Quality Inn in Fresno it was late the hotel was filthy and not well maintained as are most of there properties! Products used:Stayed at a Marriott instead a much nicer and cleaner property Service Quality
    I enjoyed my stay, David was very helpful during my check in. Only negatives, a pill was on the floor in my room and my 2 year old found it, the floor is very dirty and doesn't seem to have been shampooed in a very long time. And the room doesn't have a refrigerator or or microwave. Which is something I know they are working on. All staff was very helpful and friendly regardless of the few things that need some attention.     My spouse and I stayed 2 nights in January at the Choice Hotel at 7007 Grover in Omaha, NE. We were beginning a group bus tour the first night. Front doors were not available. Had to enter from the back parking lot. No cable tv working in the entire hotel. When we got ready to leave we requested a reservation for one night when we returned from the bus tour. We returned and at the desk the clerk told us we had no reservation and the price of the room would be $20 more because the hotel was under new management. We decided to stay. The bathroom near the front desk had two issues, a broken sink and no running water. I went up to our room and there was a loud buzzing noice. I went back downstairs and 2 clerks went back up to this room and told me it was the main generator. They took me to another room and the buzzing sound was also annoying. Finally, they found a room that was noice free. The next morning we packed up and left. In the hallway as we were leaving our room were 2 policemen. When we returned home I realized my spouse had left his prescription glasses in the room. I called and the clerk said they were at the front desk. After a few phone calls a member of the staff said she would mail them to me and I told her I would reimburse her. No glasses. I have called Choice Hotels corporate office several times. They have told me the manager is always gone or unavailable. This manager, Deepak Thomas, does not seem to care about his customers.
    I was working hard and styed at many locations to earn the staus of Diamond member. I was getting ready to use my hard earned points for m family vacation. When i called in they told me that i have (0) Point. WTH guys you just took my points and my staus. I m am happy to let others know how mest up you guys are and I alwasy tell my story that i will never use you guys ever agin.     My husband and I stayed at Rodeway hotel in Metairie,La.Upon our arrival Cerina the front desk clerk checked us in and she was very polite and helpful not only that she gave us a newly renovated room that room was very soothing and comfortable.No noise and it was secured.I will definitely be a regular here especially with the rate of the room was in my budget.     The hotel we stayed at was $200 and was so sketchy. There was Meth and syringes by our truck in the morning, the room smelled like piss and wasn't kept up with at all. We all felt very unsafe and grossed out but they refused to refund us when we checked in and wanted to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. STAY AWAY! You can find way better hotels at that price, I totally got scammed. I can understand this for a $80 room but not $200! Service Value Quality
    This membership and reward program is very poor. After 1 year of sending our employees to this location, over 15 stays were missed. On top of this, they mixed my personal name with my business. When i called them to rectify the names, the customer service removed the company name completely. I called, again, to put it back on invoices for tax purposes and they couldn't anymore. They asked that we send an email to another department with Driver's license and more time-consuming. After over a year of sending crews regularly we get this service...     Awful customer service - told to check out early due to a total power outage at hotel and refund for 2 nights would be given. Now hotel refuses to issue refund, management doesn't reply to contact and choice hotel customer service are useless Avoid all choice hotels - will never use again Service

    Nasty, didn't have no wash clothes. Mode everywhere, TV didn't work, water didn't get hot, coffee maker didn't work, phone didn't work. Just a mess. No one working there would help.     I booked a room at comfort suites in Bloomberg, PA. The WORST experience of my 60 years! The hotel was under full construction. When I called the customer service line, 3 different agents sent me to "customer service". One hung up on me. I will never stay in one of their hotels again. Absolutely disgusting.     I have written bad reports on some Choice hotels, but to be fair I have stayed at xome great Choice Hotels. One ix in Florida called Sleep Inn on Ulmerton Rd. In Largo Fl. This Hotel is first class all the way. And another one is the Comfort inn and Suites in Watertown New York also first Class and quite a few more thru out the USA. Enjoy them if your ever in their aera. Service Value Quality
    Booked through Choice Hotel website. Confirmation email they sent us had the wrong address. Hotel clerk said this happened a lot. We ended up spending extra $50 in taxi/uber charges to get to the right hotel and didn't get to bed until 1 AM. The company has not been responsive to our concerns about their lack of competence. If you book through their website, be careful. Better yet, book with a different hotel chain.
    Horrible Scary Night… Someone Enter my room with a keep to my door as I was getting in the Shower… So I called the front desk just to here them say they would keep a eye out on things I was up all night I couldn't sleep. The only reason I didn't check out was because I'm not from there and it was where else to stay all the hotels was booked up… Beside that they had nasty insects…I'm highly disappointed I was not safe!
    We are long time members of Choice Hotels and have always been pleased with the accommodations and price. We just experienced our first big disappointment at the Comfort Inn in Cornwall. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, beds were clean. Everything else left much to be desired! Building is badly in need of updating, rooms are small and cramped, parking not great, even the lamps were outdated, not working properly. We will not stay there again. Value Quality

    This dump shows a 4 star rating on Choice Hotels site! Obviously written by the ones who live here! Don't bother stopping here and spending your money, unless you're here to party, make some money, etc. Couple stood outside my door fighting for 2 hours, (2:30 am-4:30 am). Homeless sleep under stairwell and roam parking lot trying to sell items to guests. They are also crawling under cars, apparently to find cigarettes. Housekeeping vacuuming upstairs, my ceiling was vibrating. It's a wed night, so loud and disruptive. Front desk has cameras in office, they can hear the yelling, the fighting, they can see the homeless following guests, yet do nothing. I should have saved my $72.00 and just slept in my car in parking lot. (Pics) 1 st column, stairwell for homeless, tray where ice bucket sits, dirty iron, inside bedside table, dirty, remote, 2 nd column, stairwell in view of office, ironing board, table by window, unused by me, but dirty, bed with holes in linens. Walls are paper thin, can hear normal speaking voices next to me. What an expensive sleepless night it has been. I couldn't even shower, strings of black hair in tub, and went and bought bleach and cheap towels to clean toilet seat and ones to sit on. Tip for consumers:Check reviews first!! Service
    It was a wonderful experience. Everything in the room was brand new. Loved the bathroom. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and just downright nice. I would also like to add that the breakfast was wonderful. Tasty and well-organized. We feel lucky to have found this place for our stay in western North Carolina.
    The Choice Privileges MasterCard part of Choice Hotels seems alright. 60K Rewards points ( that's like 4 free stays) after getting their plastic card... & spending on a new set of tires or something. Their website is huge & confusing... Choice App is a bit more user friendly. Make reservations in the hotel parking lot... get confirmed... then check in.
    I left eye glasses at the hotel. I paid $50 to have them shipped, after providing photos to the front desk. They shipped me the wrong glasses (mine were ladies' sunglasses and they sent me men's prescription glasses) and then proceeded to lose mine. Company would do nothing to make up for the error of completely stunned and obviously negligent staff. Had to buy new prescription sunglasses costing me another $150. Nobody cares! No accountability for hiring stupid employees. I will sleep in my car before I stay at a choice hotel again.
    I have stayed in some very good and some very bad Choice Hotels (Econo Lodge, Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Clarion...) The worst thing about the chains though is that their central website cannot be trusted for any of the reviews found there. After my two latest stays (in not so good hotels), I have found afterward that I cannot leave a review of the property and my experience. When I called the hotel central offices to find out why, I was told that reviews are "by invitation only", meaning I guess, that you only get invited to leave a review on the main reservation site if you have "gushed" all over the manager while you were there? (Otherwise, I cannot fathom how some people get to leave reviews and some don't.) The result of this is that the reviews of the hotels on their corporate website are skewed toward "we love this place." Come on Choice, how about permitting some honest reviews by real customers?     This is the first consumer review I have ever written but my experience with this hotel was so awful I'm taking the time to write this. I was given a king suite with blood on the comforter, zero hangers, one bath towel and an overall filthy room. The "breakfast buffet" was non-existent and the coffee was terrible. The front desk receptionist refused to help me get WiFi and I had to beg for a closet hanger for my dress. The hotel staff appeared completely stoned or then they were just ignorant on how to treat customers and run a hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. S
