This site is repeatedly scamming people and I am taking legal action against them. All of the positive reviews are paid reviews and people who order receive damaged goods and in some cases fake goods. Mytheresa replied that their experts concluded that we had misused the product. How? Put it on your body instead of putting it in the closet? After that, no one responds to my emails and messages anymore. I was even ready for a refund in the form of a deposit on the website, but the store begs. The staff claim all paperwork had been sent to DHL but DHL can't seem to clear the goods at destination. They were unhelpful.
